1. Product Warranty

All LED neon signs manufactured by Airtajal Interior & Custom Neon Studio come with a 1-year warranty covering defects in LED components, power adapters, and mounting hardware.

What is covered

  • LED tube failure or flickering under normal use
  • Power adapter failure (not caused by voltage surges)
  • Mounting standoff hardware defects
  • Dimmer unit malfunction

What is not covered

  • Physical damage caused by improper installation or mishandling
  • Damage from water, excessive heat, or voltage surges beyond 240V
  • Normal wear on acrylic backing over time
  • Color preference changes after order confirmation

How to claim warranty

Message us on WhatsApp at +91 82477 84383 with your order details and a short video showing the defect. We will assess and arrange a repair or replacement within 7–14 business days at no cost to you.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeline

Orders are handcrafted to specification. Standard delivery is 5–7 business days from order confirmation across Hyderabad.

Shipping charges

  • Orders above ₹5,000 — free shipping
  • Orders below ₹5,000 — shipping calculated at checkout (typically ₹150–₹250 within Hyderabad)
  • Outstation delivery available on request — contact us for rates

Service areas

We deliver across all areas of Hyderabad including Jubilee Hills, Banjara Hills, Gachibowli, HiTec City, Madhapur, Kondapur, Ameerpet, Secunderabad, Kukatpally, and 40+ more localities.

3. Returns & Cancellations

Because every sign is custom-made to your specification, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind reasons. All custom orders are final once production begins.

If you need to cancel before production starts (within 12 hours of order confirmation), please contact us immediately on WhatsApp. We will do our best to accommodate cancellations at that stage.

Manufacturing defects are fully covered under our 1-year warranty — see Section 1 above.
